    Randomize the execution of scheduled tasks
    Tuleap runs scheduled tasks on a regular basis (every minute, each half hour, at some specific point of the day...). These tasks are always launched at the same moment which can cause an high load on servers running multiple Tuleap instances (containers, VM...).

    It would be better if these tasks were not launched exactly at the same moment.
