    Access to release changenote doesn't work when release status is hidden
    Given a release with a status hidden,
    With my project admin when I try to access to changelog I got the following error:
    Error - Not Found
    That Release Was Not Found

    Plus release is displayed to non FRS Administrator when its status is hidden.
