    LocalSettings must use autoload and constants files
    Instead of importing each file by hand, LocalSettings must use the autoload file.

    In addition, constants.php was not included, so some warnings were raised:
    require_once(MEDIAWIKI_BASE_DIR/MediawikiManager.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
