The sort order of the SVN Repository listing appears to be sorted by plugin_svn_repositories.id. Sorting by "id" is not ideal, as new repositories are always at the bottom and there's no rhyme or reason to the order of the names that are displayed.
Additionally during an import of multiple repositories, they will forever be listed in the order in which they were imported.
Alternatively, sorting by plugin_svn_repositories.name would yield a list that is easier to view and find what you are looking for.
