    Touchscreen can prevent to drag&drop cards in cardwalls or columns in tracker reports
    When you have have a touchscreen you can either (in a non predictable way) use your mouse or the screen but not both.

    I'm not sure if having a touchscreen is the real reason since I have the exact same problems as stated in request #10304. Everything stated in field 'Original Submission' also applies to my device. The only difference is that I don't have a touch HID to deactivate - it's just a normal notebook.
    OS: Windows 10.

    Modifying the request to merge the issue reported with the drag&drop of tracker columns (request #10304).
