Management of mapping
- There is no way to configure the mapping between the columns visible on the Taskboard and the status value of the backlog item.
- The taskboard columns are made as the Union of all Backlog Items status of all Contributor projects
- What's that really mean is that Backlog Items should have consistent status across projects otherwise it will be a real mess
- The administration panel of planning displays all the status of all the backlog items trackers in Contributor projects (with link to them)
- The goal is to help Aggregator project administrator to maintain a consistent list of status
- In contributor project administration of status of Backlog Item tracker there is a warning to inform administrator that those values are used in an Aggregator project (with link to planning configuration)
- The goal is to limit the risk of a overlooked local modification of status
- There are no colors associated to Taskboard columns
